Lefela2Okuthile - version 2026-10-12-company

Purpose and permitted use

This portal is provided for lawful membership administration, group funding, contributions, loans, property activities, communication and other activities aligned with Lefela2Okuthile's company governing documents, applicable investment agreements and approved objectives. Use it only for those purposes and within your assigned access permissions.

Account responsibilities and prohibited use

Provide accurate information, keep login credentials private, and promptly report suspected misuse to the committee. Do not impersonate others, access another person's records without permission, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service, scrape or redistribute private information, or use the portal for unrelated advertising, harassment or personal commercial gain. The committee may restrict access for misuse, subject to the company's governing documents, applicable law and an opportunity to raise concerns with the committee.

Qualifications, employment history and vetting

This is an optional, private skills register for Lefela2Okuthile. Only you and authorised, active committee officers can view your profile and supporting documents. They may use it to identify and contact you for opportunities aligned with the organisation's purpose, not for unrelated marketing or public distribution.

Vetting disclaimer: Qualifications, employment history and uploads are self-reported. Submission does not certify authenticity, professional registration, competence or suitability, and does not guarantee employment, payment or selection. Before any appointment, the organisation must independently check relevant qualifications, references and required professional registrations. Checks with employers, institutions or other third parties require your separate permission or another lawful basis.

Upload only documents you are entitled to share. Redact unrelated ID, banking and third-party personal details. You may correct your profile, remove documents, or withdraw consent and delete the profile from My account.

Privacy and supporting documents

Member information is used for authorised organisational administration. Skills profiles are optional and require separate consent. They are not public and are not made available to other ordinary members. Ask the committee to correct other personal information or to address privacy, access and retention concerns under POPIA. Withdrawal of skills consent deletes that profile and its documents from the live portal; separately required membership or financial records are unaffected. Backup copies may remain until the organisation's backup retention period ends and must not be reused for opportunities after withdrawal.

Copyright and intellectual property disclaimer

Application code, branding and organisation-authored content remain the property of their respective rights holders and are protected where applicable by copyright and other intellectual property law. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, sell, rebrand or redistribute protected material outside authorised organisational use. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licence terms, including any applicable open-source licences.

Members retain rights they hold in uploaded documents. By uploading, you confirm you have permission to share them and permit the organisation to store and review them only for the stated purpose. Uploading does not transfer copyright or imply the organisation owns, endorses or has verified the material. Report suspected infringement to the committee.

Service and financial disclaimers

The portal supports administration; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service, investment returns, employment or document authenticity. It is not a substitute for financial, legal or professional advice. Report errors to the committee for reconciliation. Membership, investment, loan and exit obligations remain governed by the company's governing documents and applicable agreements. Nothing here excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptance, changes and contact

New applicants must explicitly accept these terms. Existing members can record acceptance in My account. Acceptance records include the version and date; skills consent is separate. Material revisions must be published with a new version and presented for renewed acceptance. Contact the committee through the portal's private member conversation or the organisation's established contact channels for questions, disputes, privacy requests or copyright complaints.
